Your probably right. Chicanes are just a really hard spot to pass with both drivers leaving with that fresh feeling.

The other guy was just pissed because you knew what he was going to do and didn't let him do it. He SHOULD have went outside and tried to carry more speed out of the corner and tried to beat you down the straight.

Well, thats what I would have done.

The thing about racing is that is cant be driven in a matter-of-fact, "I-had-overlap-its-my-position" kind of way. If theres overlap, you still need to give room for the other car.

While your pass was clean, it was really close to(but not) cutting.

While it may be called "defending" your position. It really is "offensive" driving. You are being pro-active in keeping that position.

Defensive driving is being passive, letting people pass.

You may be a great "defender", you have to drive offensively in order to defend that position.

plus there's no FFB on the Xbox wheel when used on PC. I have it for 360 and its a peice of shit. The steering column is loose, the pedals have NO "feel" to them; I had to put foam under them so I know where they're at. DO NOT GET IT. It is however the only wheel on Xbox that has FFB, but thats because Microsoft decided to make a whole new FFB driver instead of using what everyone else uses (same with the wireless controllers).

Thanks BeanO, I'll give her ago when I get out from work. I was assuming that it read the .jpg's directly from the "LFS/data/skins" and not on its own.

I recently started skinning.

Maybe Im just dense, but I made a skin and try to veiw it in the "Veiwer" but it doesn't come up in the "skins" button.

It does come up in LFS, just not in the veiwer.

Do I have to save my .jpg to somewhere else other than "/data/skins" folder?

I had this issue too, kind of annoying when you see "USE CAUTION WHEN RECOVERING" 2-3 times a lap for 5 or so laps.
